Continuing last seasons affectation for distressed, oversized hoodies and knitwear championed by Yeezy and Vetements, Japanese label JieDa introduces its lookbook for Fall/Winter 16. Drop-shouldered sweatshirts and outerwear remain a streetwear staple, with asymmetrically cut jeans and wool trousers offering a throwback to 1976 and the explosion of Punk. A muted palette of monochromes, navy blue, burgundy and camel, coupled with sporadic flashes of tartan and stripes keeps the collection understated, whilst Kimono style jackets serve as a nod to the brand's Japanese heritage.
